I've spent my career learning how to make things work, from managing day-to-day operations to leading complex programs and bringing big-picture ideas to life. My background spans nonprofit leadership, business operations, project management, and client success. I've managed a $2.7 million program budget, led teams of 30+, and overseen programs serving more than 57,000 people annually. Today, I work closely with hundreds of business owners and CEOs, helping them navigate the details and get more out of their businesses.
That experience has taught me how to step into a situation, connect the dots, figure out what needs to happen, and build a practical path forward. Whether it's untangling a messy process, organizing the systems behind your business, or finally getting a long-overdue project across the finish line, I bring the big-picture thinking and attention to detail to make it happen.
